Measure success before you measure assets

Who wants to be a billionaire? I’m sure most of us could figure out something to do with that amount of money, but where do you start? Some business owners start and end with “make millions” or “six figures.” Failing to achieve this often leads to blame placing (the economy, the customer, the service providers, and/or the vendors are at fault).

Instead, consider smaller steps that can advance you toward your goal. Get more people who can become customers to your Web site. Build relationships with people who might refer you or use your services. Add subscribers to your list or create new offers for them.
